These videos offer a view of the home that photos can’t, where buyers can see a home as if they were walking through it themselves, giving them a better idea of the flow of a house. Video content on listings also boosts their discoverability on platforms such as Zillow, allowing more eyes to land on your listings.
Listings By Design offers two different types of video walkthroughs: Full Video Walkthroughs & Highlight Video Walkthroughs.
Full Video Walkthroughs are videos that will virtually walk buyers through the entire home, showing off every room in a seamless fashion. This option is perfect if you want to accurately represent the flow of a home online in a way that pictures can’t.
Highlight Video Walkthroughs will only show off the most important areas of the home: the front & backyard, living room, dining room, kitchen, primary bedroom, and primary bathroom. This option is perfect if you want a short video meant for marketing to to catch buyer’s attention.

*Safety is of the utmost importance when it comes to drone operation. In compliance with FAA regulations and general air safety practices, we may not be able to capture aerial footage of your listing for any of the following reasons:
High Wind Speeds
Bad Weather
Limited Visibility
Restricted Airspace (e.g. nearby airports, hospitals, etc.)
Physical Obstructions (e.g. power lines, trees, water towers, tall buildings, etc.)
Our Drone Specialists will always use their best judgement when assessing the safety of launching their drones. We ask that our clients please defer to their judgement, and assure you that if we deem an aerial video shoot to be unsafe to carry out, it is for the safety of you, the pilot, the neighbors in the surrounding area, and any other aircraft that may be flying at the time. Listings By Design reserves the right to deny aerial photography services to any client for a full refund to the client (travel and other fees excluded).
