If you’re looking for an eye-catching way to display your listing’s exterior, highlight the surrounding neighborhood, or are simply wanting to show off the size of a large-acreage property, then aerial photography is the perfect solution! Our Drone Specialists are trained to find the best angles to show off property exteriors and increase digital curb appeal on the MLS. All of our Drone Specialists are commercially licensed to pilot and our fleet of drones is registered with the FAA. All aerial photos include property outlines, unless otherwise requested. Street or landmark names can be added at no additional cost upon request.

Safety is of the utmost importance when it comes to drone operation. In compliance with FAA regulations and general air safety practices, we may not be able to capture aerial photos of your listing for any of the following reasons:

  • High Wind Speeds

  • Bad Weather

  • Limited Visibility

  • Restricted Airspace (e.g. nearby airports, hospitals, etc.)

  • Physical Obstructions (e.g. power lines, trees, water towers, tall buildings, etc.)

Our Drone Specialists will always use their best judgement when assessing the safety of launching their drones. We ask that our clients please defer to their judgement, and assure you that if we deem an aerial photo shoot to be unsafe to carry out, it is for the safety of you, the pilot, the neighbors in the surrounding area, and any other aircraft that may be flying at the time. Listings By Design reserves the right to deny aerial photography services to any client for a full refund to the client (travel and other fees excluded).
